Cancellation and Refund Policy
Final Payment
The final balance for catering services must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event date. If full payment is not received by this time, PBS Wedding Catering reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
Deposit
The deposit is £600. All bookings require a deposit to secure the event date. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it covers initial planning, administration, and reservation costs.
Client Cancellation
- If the client cancels more than 30 days before the event date, only the deposit will be retained. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
- If the client cancels within 30 days of the event date and final payment has been made, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@pbsweddingcatering.co.uk.
Cancellation by PBS Wedding Catering
In the unlikely event that PBS Wedding Catering must cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances:
- The client will be notified as soon as possible.
- A full refund of all payments received (including the deposit) will be issued.
- PBS Wedding Catering will not be liable for any indirect losses or costs beyond the amounts paid to us.
Force Majeure
PBS Wedding Catering is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, severe illness, or restrictions imposed by government or venue authorities.
